I've had my teeth cleaned 3 times in 8 months, and I was unhappy because the stains were still on my teeth after the cleaning. I saw Richmond Hill Dental Group's ad on Facebook, and I took their offer with hesitation. I even rescheduled once because I didn't want to be disappointed again. But their staff was warm and friendly from the get-go. Sofi and the other young lady were very nice, and Maria, the hygienist, was amazing. She did a fantastic job, and I feel much better about my teeth. All the stains are gone, and my smile is bright again. If you need dental work, don't hesitate (especially men), go see these amazing people right away. You'll be glad you did.

One cannot tell its a crown, because it blends very well with the other teeth.  I did not have a great experience with some of the other dentists prior to visiting Dr. Phong.  He is passionate about his work and provides good explanations. He wants to see the best outcomes. Gloria and the other staff are also very helpful, patient and kind. But Dr.Phong and team are just amazing.
He is very professional, knowledgeable and a good listener with patients.He always explains the treatment plan, answer my questions and above all gave me confidence.

There have been no issues with any visit, even with some of the more complicated treatments I have gone through. Dr   Phong always has a positive demeanor, and has been open to answering any question I have had. With regards to pricing, Dr. Phong is very honest. For instance, once I had done a procedure which had turned out to be less complex than was expected. Accordingly, Dr. Phong reduced the pricing without any request to do so on my part.

I moved and started going to RHDG and I can now honestly say that I am not nervous about going to the dentist anymore, and I had to go 4-5 times to get my teeth caught up after many years of avoiding any dentist.

Gloria is a very good cleaner and tried a different procedure when the first one was bothering me.  She was very kind and friendly and gentle.

Dr Phong is my dental hero!!  He certainly knows what he is doing and is up on the latest procedures, but he is also very patient and understanding.  He has spent a good amount of time explaining things to me, and answering my questions during all of my appointments.  I never felt rushed.
He is excellent at freezing...it is the first time I have never felt any drilling or filling.
He is extremely punctual and organized and never keeps me waiting.

I cannot recommend him enough.
